What's a baron? I know it's a pen, but who makes it? I can't find it in anybody's catalog. I know a WC Navigator is the same, just more expensive. But more expensive than who?

Arizona Silhouette.com, Bill Baumbeck. Exclusive home of the Baron.

EDIT: BTW, I didn't know this until I came to this site, either. The question, like all questions, is not dumb to me!!![:D][:D][:D]

gerry, if your looking to try something like the baron, you might want to get some jr. gents from CSUSA. They just ended a sale that was 30% off for the version 1's. I bet they would be willing to get rid of some more at a good price.

The Baron kit is actually made by Berea and exclusively sold through Bill Baumbeck. It is a similar kit to the Gent jr, but without the thread problems and the barrel of the body is a straight one. What I like is the large variety of platings. It comes as either roller ball or
fountain pen.
