I purchased a few Imperial FP Kits from CSUSA before they sold them out. It was a while ago, and I have since lost the instruction sheet on what drill bits are required. Can someone confirm the bit sizes required as:

35/64" Cap
15/32" Body.

Thanks in Advance,
Tim

Tim; If the instructions are not on the CSUSA web site, check the "Way Back Machine" at www.archive.org

Type in the web site name for CSUSA, and start browsing.
After a guick search I found this: http://web.archive.org/web/20090124....com/woodturners/Images/pdfs/imperial_pen.pdf

Hope this helps.

The short answer is yes. Larger bit with shorter tube. You can get the instructions....do a search on Imperial pen kit....one of the hits will be for woodturners catalog (CSUSA) go there and click on instructions....
