Hi, some thoughts needed,i have 4 havanna ball point kits. i want to make them up but i don`t have a 35/64th bit but i do have a 9/16th bit and gorilla glue. I noticed when i use G glue it is real hard to push tube through on other pens i did so do you think it would work and be tight enough on the havanna with a one size up bit,on both wood and plastics. When I need a slightly larger hole than a bit in stock, I drill and then ream the hole with a round file. Easier to control the size than making the hole too big and trying to fill it up with glue.

Carl, the 9/16" should work as it's 1/64" larger...

I was having problems with ejection by poly glue. Russ fairfield said instead of 7mm use 9/32", to allow room for glue expansion.

Poly glue needs to expand and the foaming is a good thing. Also needs moisture to cure. I just swab a wet cue tip inside blank, coat the tube and twist and insert. I always wait overnight...

Oh! Disposable gloves are really nice...
