Double Twist Mechanisms

Has anyone ever had a problem with a double twist mechanisms for a Cigar pen that would only twist one way and not the other. I've had a few of these and i dont kow if they can be fixed or if they just need to be replaced or sold as a single twist.?

Some Cigar comes with a single twist, specially those that Woodpenpro distribute.

i was talking to someone just the other day and i mentioned that i've only seen double twist cigars, and he has only seen single twist cigars....funny isn't it

I've never had my hands on a double-twist before...but I buy all mine from the same place...

i get almost all my cigars from ernie at beartoothwoods.
high quality stuff there!

I've used both and I prefer the single twist

I use the double twist. Some people look at it as a higher quality pen.

The first cigars I made were single twist.Didnt know there was any other kind. Then ordered a couple more from some place else and when i put it together I thought i had broke it![:I] It would extend when you went past what i thought was the stop. Thats when i learned about the double twist.Actually like the double twist better.

I've never had a single twist cigar and I use CSUSA and Woodturningz. Used Berea in the past...
