Both of these were distributed by Crafts supply. I do not think they sell them any more. I believe it is/was a Dayacom.

JT Gary Pie(the Aussie) seems to carry them as the Dayacom Filigree Pen Kit if you happen to be looking to get one.

Remembered your posting. It's not exactly like what you posted, but it's probably as close as you're going to find right now unless someone has one of the old Filigree kits stashed away somewhere.

Not the same design for the overlay, but Hut Products has a couple of choices of chrome and gold overlays:

Hint: the picture shows all three overlay styles... apparently you're supposed to know that A,B,C correspond to the item number suffix of the kits.

look so feminine and it is chrome so would stand up better.
