CSUSA's Combination Pen/Pencil Kit

I've had some problems with CSUSA's Combination Pen/Pencil Kit. Its a good idea but in practice its been a problem with the pen. Shafts get hung up at times, while 'crossing over', switching from pen to pencil. Easy fix with lite oil or silicone spray.
But just today I had one returned with the end of the pencil tube falling off, that I made a year and a half ago. I know that the person could have been a little rough on the pen, but this has happened 3 times out of 5 of these pens made,
I'm holding off calling CSUSA til I hope for feedback here, in the event someone else has had similar problem.

I bought a few of these. Sold one. I actually pulled them off the shelf. Too flimsy for me to sell.

I have made 3 one I left in an apartment and a 4 year old found it and after 30 seconds of playing with it knew exactly how it worked so I let him keep it. Never saw it again. #2 belongs to my wife and doesn't get used much. #3 was my daily driver and lasted about 5 months before it stopped switching from pen to pencil. I have tried others but they don't last long term.
