How long are the tubes? What are the diameters of the center bushings?

Short tube is 2.088"

Not sure what you mean by "diameters of the <b>center </b><b>bushings</b>".
There are 3 bushings and all of them are 0.344".

Thanks! In the picture in the CSUSA catalog, it looks as though the center diameter of the short (cap) barrel is slightly larger than the center diameter of the long barrel, similar to the "Euro" style pens.

Remember, there is no centerband on the KC so your free to do different designs. I beleive that's what your seeing in the pix.

Buy several 10" tubes, cut your own lower tube and use the slimline kit. Why pay the premium for a modified slimnline kit? Just Modify your own slimline kit. I have even glued two slimnline tubes into the lower barrel, have them meet in the middle and cut off the exposed pieces and use them on the next one.
