Does anyone know where to get replacement cartridges and can this pen use a converter.

You can buy the cartridges at home depot.
We've never made that pen, but I can't imagine why it wouldn't be able to usa a converter. I think that some pens won't accept the long converters, but even those will still accept the stubby ones.
ETA: Given that the rollerball uses the long parker refill, I'm sure that the longer converters would fit without an issue.

Perhaps Office Depot, or Staples.

Those are particularly long pen bodies. The ones I have done have easily held a converter or one standard small international sized cartridge plugged in and another as a backup in the pen body at the same time.
So, you should be able to find these cartridges at most office stores or online.
