Can any one tell me what drill bit you are using for drilling blanks
for a CSUSA Artist Sketch Pencils. It calls for a 15/32" but it is very
sloppy. I also tried a 29/64" and it is to tight.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks- Tim

I have found with larger holes that if I use 1/4 or 7 mm drill then drill with the larger bit, I get a clearer hole with less slop.

Ended up drilling the blanks with 29/64" bit and then leaving blank in drill
chuck and enlarging hole with 180 grit rolled up piece of sand paper at slow speed. This allows room for backpainting and glue.
Hope this helps any others with this problem.
