I segmented with corian just using the fine blade on my bandsaw. I then glued up with CA thick. Very happy with my pen

Hi David! I use my little 11' bandsaw with fence. I use Med CA.

David,

Obviously you could use either a band saw, table or miter saw to acomplish the components to assemble. I use a table saw with a sled that locks in the blank and remember the pieces are prety small and try to keep them square when glueing or possilble trouble when drilling and consider the way you will keep it all together when drilling, if i am not careful th parts separate. I use thick CA and rough the pieces slightly for bonding.
