Are you looking for POS (point of sale) software for craft shows?
If you just want to track sales -- I would think a spreadsheet (MS Excel, OpenOffice,etc) should help you get started to see what you are really looking for.
I use an Excel Spreadsheet to track my inventory. I assign an unique # to each item and place a tag in it. As for sales, I use Square. I've been using it for 2-years and I like it. Keep in mind I'm not doing tons of sales, but do use it at craft shows. It's also handy to send an invoice to someone who wants to order something.
