A Compareison between

CUSA pen kit Zen rollerball pen has been out for a year now. I just looked at AZ.Sil. Grand Torino pen kit. Cusa is a magnet cap and Az is screw cap.
Now my question:

Is there is other differences between the two kits.

I have no Zen experience, but will say that in my experience and measuring,
the Gran torino is the same as the "stretch" pen sold by Aaron at Lau Lau:

The Gran torino instructions call for the same bushing size on both ends, while the stretch is different.
I find them to both be the same kit, and in measuring, they do take different bushings for each end.
Hope this is a little help, even if off target a bit.
