Newbie question. How do you set up the bushings if you were making it all wood? I just put slimline bushings at both ends and comfort bushing in the middle. Seems to work, but does anyone do it another way? Thanks in advance for any response's.

That's the way i do it, or no bushing in the middle and turn it the size you like. Confort kit is a nice size if you want to turn your hown center band too.

You set it up the same way you would for a comfort but you just don't part the wood off.

If I'm making the diameters of the barrels the same where they meet, I don't use a bushing. I just turn them to the size I want. That also lets me adjust the curve and I've put the apex under the clip instead of at the joint.
