Comfort grip centerband

Does anyone know where I can get or buy 3 or 4 centerbands for the comfort grip pen? I accidently turned comfort grip instead of slimline. I can make centerbands for a couple of them, but I want the gold centerband for most. Does Penn State sell these separately?
