Closed End Pens

Have been seeing quite a few closed end pens and I really like the look. What kind/brand chuck do I need to turn this style pen?

Thanks for the kind words of praise guys. I have been way to busy this week with work. I have the stock ready for about 30 more Barons and about 48 Gents/States. I am ready to mill, but just need to find the time. I hope to have them all ready to go by the end of next week it at all possible.
