closed end ?

I want to try my hand at a closed end pen. Is there a universal mandrel that would work on 10mm pens. It seems I turn mostly 10mm sizes. Also where can I get the mandrel?

Arizona Silhouette carries a closed end mandrel for the Cigar which is 10mm
