I almost always use 5min epoxy for gluing in the tubes. It works well for me.

Most of the epoxies I've seen dry to a yellowish color. The vast majority of the time, it's no problem, as it will never show.

However, there are times when I may want the nickel colored tube, or black colored tube to slightly show through a blank that may be somewhat translucent, but the yellowish epoxy throws it off.

Does anyone know if there is an epoxy that dries clear?

Thanks.

If you have blanks that are clear enough for the color for the glue to show through, you will eventually discover bubbles in your epoxy showing through too. Better to paint the inside of the tube with the desired metallic color.
