Cigar tube problems

Does any one else have a problem with Cigar tubes not fitting in the drilled blank?
It doesn't matter whether I drill with a 10mm or a 25/64" drill (both measure the same) the tubes do not fit properly. I know it's not my drilling method because I drill everything on the lathe and I don't have this problem with any other kit.
The Cigar drill is .2 mm larger than the Cigar tube while the Sierra drill is .25 mm larger than the Sierra tube and I have never had a problem with the Sierra.

Nope, but have have a similar issues with some single barrels pen kits (the new batch of Executives). Same bushings, perhaps different tube IDs. . No variables on my end have changed. I am going to make a cigar later this week, I will send you a note/call. I bought a bunch a few months ago.
