Cigar Pen question

I've been asked to make some cigar pens. I have made a few from PSI, Woodcraft etc. Who do you guys think makes the best cigar kits? Which ones do you like the best?

I've not had a problem with any of them really.

But, if you want to not take any chances, I'd go with Berea (also at woodcraft) or the CSUSA Artisan line.

I use PSI Big Ben Cigar kits. I haven't had any problems with them.

I do a lot of Cigar pens and I get all of my kits here Bear Tooth Woods and have never had a problem with one.

I'll second Dick's comment about Bear Tooth Woods. Ernie has a great selection of platings and finishes, the pricing is fair and the service is top notch.

I've made tons of em bc they are my favorite kit/best seller and haven't seen a lick of difference between any of them. Personally I buy mine from woodturningz or penkits.biz or even woodpenpro... Why pay twice the amount for something's that's just as good as those overpriced ones. Just my 3 cents, like I said these are my best sellers and never once had one come back, them again I use the higher end platings. Also these guys ship fast and food customer service
