I have several sets of Cigar pen bushings but none seem to fit the Ultra Cigars I have. I looked for any listings of bushing sizes but didn't find the Ultra Cigar.

I measured the fittings and I may make some bushings to fit.

.456 - Nib

.514 - .528 - Transmission Coupler (Rounded so size can vary)

.587 - Centerband

.495 - Finial

Can anyone confirm these sizes?????

The ultra cigar and the cigar (from Berea, Arizona Silhouette, Beartooth Woods) both use the same bushings....the 11A or 11B set. This would also be true if the kits are from Woodcraft or Rockler and maybe other places.

I have had cigar bushings that vary quite a bit in the past.

The most consistent and long-lasting cigar bushings I've had before are CSA's, though I do not have them handy to confirm the numbers you requested, sorry!

The bushings are 11A and !!b if you buy them from Arizona Silhouette, they are 11A and 19B if you buy the from Berea directly. A.S. has apparently changed the number for the B size on their site.

The correct size is, starting at the nib: .459, .530, .575 and .476.

Thanks
Mike
