Hello all

Are those Chameleon tubes actually painted with the fancy color changing Chameleon paint?

Are they something special, or just a painted tube?

I have been painting my tubes for acrylic blanks, and wondered if those are super special, and if they are a step up from what I can do myself.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

In my humble opinion if you are just using acrylic blanks then paint the inside of the blank and forget the tube. To that is like wearing a belt and suspenders. What the heck add elastic band in the waste area. (that is like adding color to the epoxy too) To me not needed if done right. Now if you are casting materials that have a weave pattern or are subject to seeing through them, then i suggest appropriate tube color. I do this with all my braided blanks.
