I just completed my first Patrizio pen and noticed the center band "rattles" slightly. All parts are fitted nicely and the problem seems to be that the band's hole is just a tad larger than the mechanism. Is there a way to remedy this and tighten or expand one or the other part?

I had that problem with my comfort grip pens. I put a little drop of blue loc-tite on the inside of the center band slide it on carefully and make sure none gets on the finished pen. Just my 2cents.
