Casting a picture

I would like to cast a picture of my grandson. Is there a set of instructions available for casting pictures. I believe there my be a best paper to use. Do you seal the picture to prevent color bleeding and if so with what? I will be using PR.

If your back ground is suitable... you can print out a high resolution on a transparent A very mailing label. That seems to be fairly common.

I use avery shipping labels and seal them with CA, then cast. Except mine are white paper, not transparent

I did a pen for a nurse friend whose daughter had passed. It was on an Avery white label the cast in PR.

jeneuerb cast pictures in a bangle, and used vellum paper.

I've done this a few time for customers. I used some inkjet sticker paper I purchased for my kids. I coated them with "Modge Podge" but I think the CA would have been better. I'm going to use that idea next time. Thanks for that!

Would like to do something similar. How do you hide the seam of the image? Where do you position the main focus of the image? Side of the pen or opposite the clip?

Yes. I used both available methods so I could do 4 at once.
