Casting help

Inspired by Darley's Emu feather pen, I want to make a pen for my brother who is an avid fly fisherman and ties all of his own flies. I do not have the casting equipment and do not plan on getting it in the near future. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to cast some feathers for me. I of course will provide the feathers and will pay for the service.
