Cartidgie pen kit

I looked in the search file and could not find a bullet/cartidge kit that I saw several months ago.

The turner took the cartidge and cut it so there was either wood oe antler or acrylic in between the two. Some one actually has a kit for this type of kit.

I am trying to reach this person. Any help please? thanks
