Can't remember box supplier!

I use plastic boxes for slimline type pens. I need to get some more but don't remember where I got them. They are 6 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/4" with a clear top, black bottom and a red cardboard cover. The part number is 050-3601. Anyone know who sells them?

Your welcome. I thought I recognized the sku number layout as CSUSA. So I did a quick check.
