I was one of the lucky ones to receive the Roman Harvest center band to upgrade my existing Cambridge. Today I'm pairing them up:

The inside diameter of the Cambridge tube is slightly larger. The Roman Harvest center band fits perfectly inside the tube with NO wiggle room. However it is not tight - at all.

This is my question: Would you use Loctite or CA to glue them together? Which Loctite - red, blue, or green?

Thank you.

I would go with red Loctite.

Baron center couplers are a bit loose IME and I use red Loctite to keep them in place. No problems yet and I can still press them out if needed to disassemble the cap.

I've never worked with Barons. This center band will actually fall out without pulling it apart. Red Loctite is what I was leaning toward.

The Elmer's didn't work...
