I read somewhere in this forum some time ago that on the Cambridge kit that the drill bit size instructions call for on the Large tube is the wrong size? Instructions call for a 33/64th bit. With that size the tube will not fit the blank. A 17/32 drill bit had to be used instead. Does anybody know if this incorrect size bit been solved in new kits?

Measure the tube with a caliper and then measure a few drills until you get one that matches.

Personally, I never know what size drill I use for any kit. I measure tube and find a match. Does not matter what 'size' it is. I mean, instructions might state 27/64 but I ignore that and MEASURE. Often end up with one size under - or over if I need to reverse paint.
