CA or No CA

As a newbie here to turning, I am seeing alot of people using CA to finish their pens with.

Does this make a big difference than just using Sheen? How is the CA applied since this stuff dries so quickly, are there any tips or links for this process?

CA is very durable, and once you learn how, very quick to apply. Your best bet is to visit the library, and here is a link to Russ Farfield's site that has his methods. There are many ways to do it, so experimentation is needed to figure out what works for you.
