Bushing Size

What's the maximum diameter of the Euro pen bushings and Pencil bushings? Working on making pens for my mum for xmas and dad and I have a ton of corian downstairs from my grandfather but it's all 1/2" and i'm not sure if those would fit a Euro pen/pencil/letter opener. I need to know soon because i'm running to woodcraft tomorrow for kits bushings and possibly blanks. Also would corian looked okay laminated together w/ epoxy?

My 7mm Euros,from CSUSA, have a .540 centerband,
that is what I use to determine blank size.
I believe corian is usually laminated with ca glue.
I made some with 1/2" and sandwiched a piece of
pic-guard along the length,using medium ca,worked ok.

Thanks johnny I just wasn't sure if there was a noticable seam and if not that's what I need know

If you have good fitting corian and use medium ca and clamp there should not be a vissable seam, in my experience.
