Default Bunny rabbit blank

While my wife was picking out a blank for her pen, she noticed this blank. This came from a piece of wood that was deemed too dangerous to turn as it was cracked. Got several blanks out of it. Sorry, have no idea of the wood species.
Why are my photos turned 90 degrees???? Put your computer on the floor and lie down on your left side to view.

I hope (am doubtful though) that the pattern at this dimension will still be present at final dimension. But maybe. It would be awesome.

Have fun!

I almost hate to turn it. Might just put it in the wfie's craft room and let her admire at it.

Maybe if you ran it through the bandsaw and cut off just a ... ...hare?
