I have someone that asked if I could use a bullet casing used at her father's funeral to make a pen. Is there anyone that could do this?
Thanks - John

I agree. Making these pens is really very straight forward and the tutorial in the library is very good at walking a person through the process.

Yes, you COULD make it yourself.

IF you decide to do that, make a few from other casings BEFORE you use the one, important casing. It is also VERY EASY to scratch the casings, so better to work out how you are going to do it, before messing up the ONE you want!~!

Or, have Eric do it, HE will get it done right!!

Hey John,
I was asked to make a pen for a coworker of my wife. The casing was from her father in laws funeral. The problem that I ran into was that the end of the casing was crimped just like a shot gun shell. I had no way to get the crimping out so I asked her if it was ok to use a 30.06 casing which sheagreed to. Now if you want a pen made from a 30.06 casing, I will be glad to do it for you. They are easy to make.
