Bullet pen bushings

I need some help in making my first bullet pen. What bushings do you use for the middle bushing. The casing is to big for a slimline bushing. Or at least it looks like it to me. I want to get the top to look as nice as I can when I put the pen together. Any help on making this type of pen would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help.

I use calipers to get the right size on the larger end, I haven't found a bushing that will work just right (and it's more accurate).

I use the euro sliding bushing, or you can use the regular euro center bushing. Or you can make your own bushing out of some hard plastic, (delron) you can buy that from a vendor on this forum. You can also use no bushing and use your calipers and size often. Carl

If you are talking about making it fit with a casing, how about making a bushing out of a section of a casing?

That's a heck of an idea. All one would have to do is take a scrap case, cut the head off, and drill a 1/4" hole through it.
