I know, I know....this is a pen turner forum..... but please?

If you make the stoppers with the drilled cork that you put on a 3/8" dowel. When you finish up and put the cork on the dowel, do you glue it on? Do you just slide it on and let it go at that? Do you do something else I can't think of right now?

Further, do you wax the cork? or just leave it raw?

Mac, I've always used yellow wood-glue to attach the cork to the dowel. And no...do not wax the cork. Leave it completely natural.
