I had a prospective buyer point out a flaw in one of my Bolt Action pens at a show last Saturday. The bolt would turn toward the nib (about 45 deg) when sliding the bolt. Has anyone else seen this & is there a fix? It's there a way to take these things apart?

If it a psi pen You can fix it real easy. There is a Phillips screw that locks the bolt in place.

and tighten/check the tightness of the screw before assembling next time....however as Paul said it can be done now....simply remove the nib, spring and refill and insert a long, narrow phillips to tighten. If you have an unassembled kit simply look into the open end of the top portion...you'll see a small screw. Twist and hold the lever in place while snugging up the set screw.

That's pretty much THE problem that you will encounter. Always make sure that bolt is tight before assembling and try to prevent people from reaming on that thing at shows! They will try! Some will succeed! haha...

Loctite them too if you want to go the extra step!
