Does anyone have any blue snake skin pen blanks for sale or know of anyone that does? I have an order to fill, I have some rattlesnake but they are brown. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Keep in mind, myself as some other people have had problems getting a good finish on the Glimmerz resin. Don't know why. They have the best looking skins, but if you can't get a good finish it's a waste in my book.

You might check out this site. I got some small remnants bags in Harrisburg, Pa on a sale for $2 with several colors in - incl blue.

That's another thing to be careful with. Some people have used handbag leather and it leaches out this black cloud into the resin. YMMV.

The resin they use seems to be just a touch "softer" than others. On the good side, it's not nearly as brittle as many casts. On the bad side, you do have to be careful finishing. I have had good success simply by using MM all the way (buyers have been happy!).
