blank questions

Good morning all. I have a couple of questions that have probably been answered at some point.

1. I need a turquoise and orange (ala Miami Dolphins colors) acrylic pen blank. I have searched the net and cant find one. Does anyone have an idea where this might be found?

2. Where is the best place to find spectraply?
