Black Titanium Cigar Pencil Kit??

I have a customer interested in a Black Titanium Cigar Pen & Pencil set. I have not been able to locate a Black Ti Cigar Pencil Kit.

Does any one know where I might find this pair of kits?

If this pencil kit does not exist, can anyone suggest a nice pen & pencil set that may be a good alternative? This set will be for a man and the blanks will be Irish Bog Oak.
