I am having a problem using Berea Click Pen kits. Unlike Twist Pen kits there is no adjustment for protusion and retraction. Have made 2 click pens so far. The first one does not retract far enough. The second just barely protudes far enough. I followed all instructions both times and paid particular attention to length of blanks. Anyone else have the same problem?

I had the problem of the filler not retracting far enough once. I took the filler out, pulled the plastic piece out of the end and ground the filler down a little.I reinstalled it and it worked great. I don't know what you would do with the other problem.

For the one that is not protruding enough, can you dis-assemble the back? These problems relate to the depth of the insert that the click mech screws into. (I am only comparing to the problems I had with the Gemini kits from PSI) You have to test the fitment of the click mechanism and tap it in or out to adjust the depth of the pen.
