... from scraps I have saved from furniture projects over the years. Been way too cold in the shop, so I exercised "I'm-In-It Domain" and took over the dinning room table for a couple of nights.

Next step is to cut cubes and stack laminate... maybe combine with other materials... maybe.....

That's going to be my plan for this weekend. Just lots of slicing and gluing and quite bit of creativity! Thanks for the inspiration!

Steve,

I slice them on the bandsaw then put them through the drum sander a few times to get a nice smooth finish and an even thickness. I have a bunch of 1/16 and 1/32 Madrone I use for the thin white strips.
