You gotta love Bill at Arizona Silhouette!! I emailed him about a problem I had with a pen kit. I stated I had a fit problem and wanted to know what we could work out. He replied back saying he included the part in my order that I just placed.

That's what I call Customer Service!!

I actually teach a class at our work about Customer Service and can be critical of service.... He has ALWAYS been great to do business with.

Bill is super! One of the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. Always very helpful and super quick on getting stuff out.
