Does anyone make a pen mill pilot for the Barron cap? My largest is too small to positively square the blank.

Thank you.

I do.:biggrin::wink: I have one 7mm pen mill and turn shims from scrap for each tube size. Each time you need a new on, just stop and make one and label itl. I use wood, others use corian or delrin and even metal for those with a metal lathe. Spend the money for kits or tools.
Do a good turn daily!

Yep what they say - I use Corian and Delrin and sometimes wood. I think there is someone selling those on the forum if you want to buy them premade.
