Im looking at closed end mandrels at arizona silhouette and they sell mandrels for the baron/ sedona. I know the tubes are the same size as the jr gent. But are the bushings the same size? Also is the mandrel only to close end the long end of the pen? or does it also do the cap?

I think you'll find the Jr series and the Baron different sizes. You will also need 2 mandrels for the closed end pens, one for each end. As least that's the way they were sold in the past.
Check the Library you may want to make your own.

The Baron and the Jr Gent 1 are (more or less) the same, but the Jr Gent II (currently sold by CSUSA) is not the same.

The Baron, JG1 use 15/32" and 25/64" drill bits, for example (nominally the OD of the tubes), but the JG2 uses 1/2" and 27/64" (or 12.5mm and 10.5mm)

Take a good look at the library here before you buy new mandrels! I have one adjustable mandrel I use for closed body, closed cap, and standard open end kit turning. I use a method I found in the library.

If you are making JG I's then the baron mandrel will work. The only size difference between the baron and JG I was the endcap, but that is discarded in a closed end pen. The JG II, however, is a different animal.
