How you knock apart a Art Deco PKART 6B pen.

Broadwell Art Deco Gold TN and Black T/N Ball Point Pen Kit at Penn State Industries

I have tried transfer punches with no avail.

I had the same issue. I took off the bottom and used a punch to knock it apart. When I did that, it bent the inside and is now forever broken.

I thought that the Art Deco was just an uglied up Gatsby. If so, you should be able to gently tap off the tip assembly and clip coupler. If these parts are being destroyed in the process, one of three things is going on:

• The tube wasn't cleaned out well enough and there is a piece of glue or whatever between the glue and the fitting, jamming it on.
• You are bashing it too hard. Tap the piece out. Don't 'hammer' it out.
• The kit may have been made out of junk materials. Keep this in mind when ordering future kits because you will eventually have to dissassemble one for maintenance purposes.
