I ordered a couple of Long Clicks from CSUSA,and before I get started learning a new pen,I thought I'd ask if there are any hot tips?

When I click on their website to view "instruction",nothing happens.

I can guess that one of the challenges will be drilling the really long hole.

With money being so tight,I'm trying to keep from wasting a kit........

Thanks for any words of wisdom!

Nothing difficutl about the kit. Bushings are the same diameter on both ends. Drilling is not a problem using a standard bit. I use a letter V bit which is .3770 and the tube is 4.2 (almost) inches long. The click mechanism is one enclosed assembly. I've just made and shipped 5 of them. I looked at the insturctions on the CSUSA website just last night. Give it another look see.
Do a good turn daily!

Also, as in any click pen, make sure you do not trim off any of the brass on the tube. It may make your refill stick out, DAMHIKT!

Also use a long enough drill, Lau Lau woods carries them and I think CSUSA does as well, like Lupe said use the piece of aluminum tube to press in the click mechanism it's a great set of components.
