Americana kit

Today I reached into my larder of pen kits and came up with an Americana rhodium rollerball. I do not remember where it came from but I would like to put it together. Can anyone direct me to a souce for that diagram that (sometimes) comes with the kits that explains how the parts go together? I also have a small package with three bushings in it for the Americana. They do not appear to be 7mm, the size of the mandrel I have. Is there a way I can use these on my 7mm (PSI) mandrel? Thanks for any and all assistance. Texas John

I believe that CSUSA has them. I do not know how to post the link but it is in their list of pen kits so I am sure that they will have the instructions. Hope that this helps.
