It has been awhile since I turned pens and now want to get back into it. I remember that when I turned Acrylic blanks before they used to chip easy. I'm sure now there are new types available. What is the easiest Acrylic blank to turn without a chipping problem? Thanks for any help.

I bet you were actually turning some form of polyester resin and not acrylic. I've never had problems with acrylic chipping, but have had lots of problems with PR chipping, except for the PR made by the PR Princess and Don Ward.
