Any saw you want. No matter what you cut it with you are going to need to sand the edge if you are thinking about segmenting. The one rule in any segmenting is to have clean accurate joints. Now if you are filling joints by casting is another story.

I use my band saw for the cut. and sand the cut on my granite slab with 150, just enough to get it flat.
