I have done a bunch of Barons and like the pen except for drilling and gluing the top tube. I prefer CA just for the speed and ease and dislike using polyurethane glue. I even bought a new fancy drill bit for my baron kits hoping my cheap HF/chinese bit had a little run-out that was making the hole too big to use with CA. My next smallest bit is too small by just a smidge. Does the Jr Gent II have this same issue or is the tube a little closer to size allowing the use of CA?

Sorry to say, I just made my first Jr.Statesman II tonight and it had the same problem. I can't tell you for sure on the Jr.Gent II, but it wouldn't surprise me. I just added a little CA inside the tubes to keep them tight. Good Luck!
