We have GST & PST and both total 13%. I have no idea what country you are in and you may be subject to taxes. Most of my purchases from the US come over just fine, others get stuck in customs and I end up having to pay taxes.

I'm not sure where you live - if you're not from a NAFTA or EU country, you might have to pay duties...if you're from the States, I think you only get stuck paying customs fees if it's over 200 bucks you're importing (it's 20 if you're bringing it the other way across the border, but it's not always enforced)

But regardless, if you're buying in Canada, you're going to have to pay Canadian taxes - we have a Goods and Services tax that applies on nearly everything, and a Provincial Sales Tax that applies as well...

But Bill is a great guy to deal with at penblanks.ca, and you're guaranteed to get some nice things from them.
